Joe joined RoseWaldorf PLLC as an Associate Attorney in 2023. Joe is an attorney with over twenty (20) years of experience in Corporate and Civil Defense Litigation. At RoseWaldorf, Joe is involved in a wide variety of matters concerning allegations of consumer warranty violations and product liability allegations. He now focuses his practice on defending automotive manufacturers and distributors in lawsuits and arbitrations regarding claims under state lemon laws, breach of warranty, unfair trade claims, and other allegations brought against his clients. Joe’s experience brings with him thousands of trial and arbitration matters with defense verdicts, discovery, motion practice, oral argument, legal research, negotiation skills, expert witness knowledge, and fraud investigation.

Joe began his career as an attorney in 2001. Joe received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University and his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School. While attending law school, Joe was a New York State Criminal and Civil Investigator focusing on Excise Tax evasion and fraud. In the movie, The Taxman (1998), one of the main characters was based on Joe’s role as an Excise Tax Investigator. After law school, Joe turned his focus to Corporate and Civil Defense litigation. Joe excelled in this role and was instrumental in establishing the first central-focused legal unit in the country for his corporate client. Joe led a team of attorneys in this very successful corporate defense unit. Joe earned many highlights/awards and client admiration over the years.
