Samantha Brignoni's practice at RoseWaldorf focuses on commercial, contract, and complex litigation, primarily within the automotive industry. She is experienced in defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealerships in contract and warranty-related litigation, particularly claims involving California's Song-Beverly Consumer Protection Warranty Act, related claims for fraudulent concealment, and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Samantha is experienced in all aspects of litigation from commencement through trial, including written discovery and discovery motions, motions to dismiss based upon forum non conveniens, demurrers for failure to state a claim, motions for summary judgment and summary adjudication (with several successful dismissals), motions in limine, motions to strike, trial preparation, and appearances at all court hearings. She has conducted and defended numerous depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts. Samantha has second-chaired numerous trials to verdict and been an integral part of several trial teams. Samantha also has experience representing corporations in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation, and has defended manufacturers and distributors across a wide range of industries. She was named in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, for Product Liability (2022).

Samantha obtained her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2016. She was a member of Pepperdine's Dispute Resolution Law Journal, as well as the Sudreau Global Justice Institute. Samantha also interned with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and was a legal fellow at the Ventura County Public Defender's Office. Samantha is a 2011 graduate of the Universtiy of California, Los Angeles, where she received her B.A. in Political Science.
