Logan W. Hensley

Logan Hensley joined RoseWaldorf as an associate attorney in 2022. He focuses his practice on defending automotive manufacturers and distributors in lawsuits regarding claims for violation of state lemon laws, breach of warranty, and fraud. Logan has experience in litigating dozens of cases at both the federal district court and state trial court levels. He has obtained numerous successes in defending and prosecuting dispositive motions, discovery motions, and motions in limine. Only two weeks after receiving his bar certification, he conducted his first trial in Orange County, California, and secured a complete defense verdict on all claims alleged against his client.

Background/Education

Logan received his law degree from the Chapman University School of Law, where he earned a dual emphasis in both Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, and Criminal Law. Logan also received an honors distinction for Trial Advocacy. While at Chapman, Logan became an inducted member of the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society, which has a top-20%-of-class entry requirement. Logan’s passion for oral advocacy continued as he volunteered for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he consistently prevailed at various types of hearings.

Logan received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California at Davis, during which time he also studied abroad at the University of Oxford. Logan is also a semi-professional race car driver and an avid car enthusiast.
