The RW team defends product warranty and lemon law litigation for a number of manufacturers and distributors in state and federal courts across a large geographic area and on both coasts, in addition to a variety of other subrogation and contract matters. RW attorneys also manage a large volume of binding arbitration and administrative hearings for automotive clients in several states that make such proceedings mandatory when elected by consumers.
The RW team also assists companies with reducing litigation and arbitration volume, indemnities, and attorneys’ fees and costs. RW handles pre-litigation claims investigation/management, and also has a legal correspondence group tasked with ensuring timely handling claims made under specific state consumer protection statutes.
