Marija Cvetanoska

Associate Attorney, RoseWaldorf LLP

Marija joined RoseWaldorf as an Associate Attorney in 2022.  She is involved in wide variety of matters concerning allegations of consumer warranty violations and represents and defends automotive manufacturers and distributors. Marija handles cases from factual investigation, initial assessment, and responsive pleadings, through discovery, motion practice, depositions and expert discovery, and a variety of other pre-trial matters and proceedings.

Background/Education

Marija graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned her J.D. from the very selective two-year Juris Doctor SCALE Program at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where she was a finalist at the Intramural Negotiation Honors Program Competition, a research assistant in Civil Procedure, and a volunteer at the IRS Income Tax Assistance Program.  Marija clerked at the California Department of Justice, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and other institutions where she gained extensive litigation experience by working on a wide range of cases.  Marija is a MENSA member and is fluent in Macedonian and proficient in Serbian, Croatian, Spanish, and German.
