Joseph Muccio

Joe Muccio is an associate attorney at RoseWaldorf.  He started his career with the firm in August of 2019 and after a brief stint at another firm handling construction-related disputes, re-joined RoseWaldorf in June 2024.  Joe’s practice focuses on defending automotive manufacturers and distributors in state court, federal court, and arbitration proceedings across several states.

Background/Education

Joe received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.  While in law school, Joe was a member of the BU Law Review of Banking and Financial Law and was a Legal Writing Fellow for BU Law’s Legal Writing Program.  Joe also participated in BU Law’s civil litigation clinic.  Joe received his undergraduate B.B.A. degree from the University of Miami, where he graduated cum laude and majored in finance, with minors in accounting and business law.
