Ryan Chang
Ryan Chang is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of RoseWaldorf LLP. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on consumer warranty and automotive litigation. He represents manufacturers and other corporate clients in state and federal courts throughout California.
Ryan handles matters through all phases of litigation. He regularly defends claims arising under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and related consumer protection statutes.
Before joining RoseWaldorf LLP, Ryan developed broad litigation experience representing clients in insurance defense, general liability, insurance coverage, and surety disputes.

Background/Education
Ryan earned his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the International Law Journal. During law school, he also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Barry Russell of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
