Trevor Daugherty

Trevor S. Daugherty is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of RoseWaldorf LLP. He specializes in matters concerning allegations of consumer warranty violations and represents and defends automotive manufacturers and distributors. With a strong background in civil litigation, Trevor handles cases from their inception through all stages of litigation or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Background/Education

Trevor obtained his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico, and then went on to receive his J.D. from Syracuse University, where he was recognized for excellence in mass tort litigation. While in law school, Trevor worked the entire time and received extensive experience representing the victims of the Camp Fire —the deadliest wildfire in California history—which devastated the community surrounding his alma mater. Before joining RoseWaldorf, Trevor worked for nearly a decade at a personal injury law firm, where he gained extensive experience in litigation, settlement negotiations, and legal research.
