Stacey Davis

Stacey is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Rose Waldorf LLP.  She specializes in and has extensive experience defending major automobile manufacturers and resolving Breach of Warranty claims in California.  Her main focus is early resolution and, in that role, she has settled thousands of Breach of Warranty claims for major automotive manufacturers in claims brought in California.  Previous to her involvement in Breach of Warranty matters, Stacey practiced civil litigation and was also in-house counsel for a mid-size company involved in the health and wellness field in California.

Background/Education

Stacey received her BA from UCLA and her JD from the University of San Diego School of Law.  Although a California native, Stacey spent 15 years living in the Washington DC area working in real estate, health and wellness, and was of counsel for an insurance defense firm in Washington, DC.
