James P. Anderson

James joined RoseWaldorf PLLC as an Associate Attorney in 2021. He is involved in the representation and defense of automotive manufacturers and distributors in lawsuits and pre-suit claims primarily involving allegations of lemon law violations and breach of warranties. James is involved in a large volume of factual investigation and legal assessment of matters, as well as research, discovery, motion practice, and a variety of court appearances.

James is licensed to practice in the State of New York.

Background/Education

James is a cum laude graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, where he earned his J.D. in an accelerated two-year program. During law school, he was a judicial intern with the New York State Unified Court System. Prior to law school, James held positions with New York State agencies, including the Department of Taxation and Finance and the Office of Information Technology Services. James received his B.S. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh,  where he was also a member of the Political Science Honor Society.
