Penn Caine

Penn joined RoseWaldorf as an Associate Attorney in 2024. He focuses his practice on product warranty litigation defense of manufacturers and distributors including a wide variety of lawsuits alleging various warranty and consumer protection violations. As an associate, Penn handles numerous aspects of litigation including initial factual investigation and assessment, pleading practice, discovery and motion practice, depositions, expert discovery and a wide variety of other pre-trial matters and proceedings.

Background/Education

Penn attended University of Redlands, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He went on to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California and subsequently transferred to University of San Diego School of Law, where he earned his law degree cum laude. Prior to and while attending law school, Penn worked in legal support roles, primarily as a paralegal, for approximately ten years. While in law school, Penn was a Torts course learning assistant for first-year law students, assisting them with understanding substantive legal theories and related case studies.  As a law student, Penn received seven CALI Excellence for the Future awards in subjects including Torts, Contracts, Professional Responsibility, and Trademark Law. As an attorney, Penn has experience in medical malpractice defense, public entity defense, and civil rights matters.
