Mr. Muccio joined RoseWaldorf as an associate attorney in August 2019. He focuses his practice on product warranty litigation defense of manufacturers and distributors across multiple states. As an associate, Mr. Muccio has handled aspects of litigation including initial assessments, discovery, dispositive motions, and a wide variety of associated court appearances.

Mr. Muccio received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 2019. In law school, Mr. Muccio was a member of the Review of Banking and Financial Law Journal as well as a Legal Writing Fellow. Mr. Muccio was a judicial intern with the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He was also involved in the Civil Litigation Clinic, focusing on defending clients in unemployment hearings and wage/hour disputes.
Prior to law school, Mr. Muccio was a legal intern for Legal Services of the Hudson Valley and volunteered with the Westchester Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office in White Plains, New York. He received his B.B.A. cum laude from the University of Miami in 2016, majoring in finance with minors in accounting and business law.
