Alexandra E. Newcomb

Ms. Newcomb joined RoseWaldorf PLLC as an associate attorney in August of 2017. She focuses her practice on defending automotive manufacturers and distributors in lawsuits asserting claims for violation of state lemon laws, breach of warranty, and fraud. Ms. Newcomb has successfully defended her clients in numerous arbitrations and bench trials, including two bench trial wins in New York Supreme Court (Bronx County) and New Jersey Superior Court (Ocean County) based on proving owner abuse voiding applicable warranty coverage. In addition, Ms. Newcomb has experience in briefing and arguing a variety of motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and motions in limine.

Background/Education

Ms. Newcomb graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University with her Juris Doctor. While in law school, Ms. Newcomb served as a Lead Article Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology, was a judicial intern with the Honorable Kimberly A. O’Conner of the New York Supreme Court, Albany County, was a legal intern for the New York State Attorney General’s Office, and was teaching assistant in Civil Procedure and Torts. Ms. Newcomb received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude from the University at Albany with a major in Political Science.
