Katelynn Balsamico’s practice is focused on the defense of automotive manufacturers in warranty litigation. She assists in all phases of litigation including initial case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, bench and jury trials, and appeals. She has successfully defended automotive manufacturers in numerous arbitrations and administrative hearings in the various states in which she is licensed.

Katelynn received her B.A. degree in Political Science from St. Bonaventure University in 2015, and received her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2018. At Albany Law, was active in moot court, including the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials and the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. Based on her performance in the interschool competitions, Katelynn was selected to represent Albany Law at NYU’s National Immigration Law Competition. Katelynn also served as the Symposium Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology and organized a two-day symposium on cybersecurity issues.Katelynn also served as the President of the Italian-American Law Student Association.
