Keith Rose is the founder and Managing Member/Partner of RoseWaldorf.  Keith began his career in 1985 and over the course of the next 35 years built a practice focused on defending product warranties.  Keith is well known in the industry as a resource on state lemon laws, has successfully defended to verdict many lawsuits alleging breach of the product’s warranty, a violation of the state’s lemon law, a violation of the state’s deceptive trade practice act, fraud, or a violation of the federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.  Keith has defended his clients in hundreds of state-run lemon law arbitrations and has authored innumerable responses to consumer demand letters threatening lawsuits under a variety of state deceptive trade practice acts.  Keith manages the firm including managing the firm’s Pre-litigation Early Resolution Programs designed to resolve matters prior to the commencement of litigation with resultant cost saving to the firm’s clients that participate therein.  Keith has argued seminal issues involving warranty and lemon law before several of the state’s highest courts.  Keith is licensed to practice law in multiple states including: New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, West Virginia and Georgia.  Keith is a member of the International Association of Lemon Law Administrators and a frequent national speaker.

Keith is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the West Virginia Bar Association.  Keith is licensed to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, West Virginia, and Georgia and in a variety of federal jurisdictions across the country.

Background/Education

Keith received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his J.D. from Albany Law School where he served as a member of the Law Review.
