The firm obtained a dismissal of all claims against a manufacturer at trial in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The judge granted defendant’s oral motion for judgment on the pleadings with respect to plaintiff’s state lemon law claim, and also granted defendant’s motion to preclude plaintiff’s expert report and testimony regarding the existence of a manufacturing defect and regarding the allegedly defect vehicle’s diminished value.
